• assess eligibility for offerings and process expressions of interest;

• regulated custodians and service providers involved in settling and holding allocations;
• identity-verification and technology providers who process data on our behalf under contract;
• regulators, law-enforcement or other authorities where we are legally required to do so.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption of connections, access controls, and segregated storage of identity documents. No system is completely secure, so we also encourage you to keep your login credentials confidential.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. These are required for the Service to function and do not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies.
